Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using Unbooth and its event lead capture, research, drafting, and integration features.
Effective July 29, 2026
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a contract between you and the person or entity identified as the seller on your receipt or order confirmation (“Unbooth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, joining a workspace, buying credits, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Unbooth for a company or other organization, you confirm that you may bind that organization.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Unbooth helps professional teams capture event contacts, transcribe conversation notes, enrich business contact information, organize contacts by event, draft follow-up messages, and send selected information to connected services. Features may change as the product develops.
Research, transcription, extraction, and message drafting may use automated or artificial-intelligence systems. Their output can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You must review information and messages before relying on or sending them.
3. Accounts and workspaces
Keep your login secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Workspace owners and admins may invite and remove members, assign permissions, connect integrations, and manage shared workspace data and credits. Members must follow the workspace owner’s instructions and these Terms.
Tell us promptly at support@unbooth.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Your contacts and lawful use
You are responsible for the contact data, images, recordings, notes, messages, and other material you submit (“Customer Data”). You confirm that you have a lawful basis and any notices or permissions required to collect, record, use, enrich, export, or contact each person. Recording laws differ by location; you must obtain consent where required.
You may not use Unbooth to:
- send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications;
- violate privacy, anti-spam, intellectual-property, or consumer laws;
- upload malware or attempt to bypass security or usage limits;
- scrape, resell, or misuse data in a way prohibited by law or contract;
- make high-impact decisions solely from automated output; or
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority.
5. Customer Data and permission to process it
You retain ownership of Customer Data. You give us a limited permission to host, transmit, transform, and otherwise process it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, comply with law, and follow your instructions. This permission ends when the data is deleted from our systems, subject to reasonable backup, legal, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping periods.
You are responsible for the content and accuracy of Customer Data. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.
6. Connected services
You may connect services such as Gmail, HubSpot, Salesforce, HeyReach, or a webhook destination. Those services are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. You authorize us to exchange the information you select with a connected service. You are responsible for its configuration, recipients, campaigns, and actions.
We are not responsible for a third-party service’s availability, changes, security, or use of data after it receives the data.
7. Credits and payment
Unbooth currently provides five welcome credits and sells additional credits on a pay-as-you-go basis at the price shown at checkout, currently US$2.50 per credit. One credit is charged only when a research request returns a work email. Taxes may apply. Stripe processes payments; we do not receive full payment-card details.
Credits are a limited right to use eligible service features. They are not money, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and may not be resold. Purchased credits do not currently expire while the account remains active. Promotional credits may have separate conditions. Purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Our intellectual property
Unbooth and its software, design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology belong to us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your internal professional purposes.
If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security risk, legal requirement, non-payment, abuse, or material breach. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice where practical.
On termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular enrichment result, deliverability, response rate, or the accuracy of third-party or automated data.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
12. Indemnity
To the extent allowed by law, an organization using Unbooth will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from its Customer Data, its messages or campaigns, its unlawful use of the service, or its violation of another person’s rights.
13. Law, disputes, and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Unbooth operator identified on your transaction records, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with competent jurisdiction over that operator will hear disputes, subject to any mandatory rights you have in your place of residence.
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and change its effective date; for material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
